These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Jeftec Auto Service Inc. website at https://jeftec.ca and the automotive repair and maintenance services we provide from our shop at #1, 605 Main Ave East, Sundre, Alberta, T0M 1X0, Canada. By using this website, requesting an estimate, or bringing a vehicle to our shop, you agree to these Terms.
1. About Jeftec Auto Service
Jeftec Auto Service Inc. is a NAPA AUTOPRO certified repair centre in Sundre, Alberta, providing automotive maintenance, diagnostics, and repair to the Sundre, Olds, Didsbury, Carstairs, and Mountain View County areas. "Jeftec", "we", "us", and "our" refer to Jeftec Auto Service Inc. "You" refers to the website visitor, customer, or vehicle owner.
2. Use of This Website
You agree to use this website for lawful purposes only. You may not:
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through our forms
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
- Use automated scripts or bots to scrape, copy, or republish content
- Interfere with the operation of the site or its security features
3. Estimates & Pricing
All repair estimates are provided in good faith based on the information you supply and a preliminary inspection.
- Written estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated
- Estimates may change if additional work is required once disassembly or further diagnosis reveals new findings — we will contact you for approval before performing any work beyond the original estimate
- Prices on our website (including promotions) may change without notice; the price quoted to you in writing at the shop is the price that applies to your service
- All prices are quoted in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are subject to applicable GST
4. NAPA AUTOPRO Warranty
Qualifying repairs at Jeftec are backed by the NAPA AUTOPRO Peace of Mind Warranty:
- 24 months / 40,000 km on covered parts and labour at more than 14,000 NAPA AUTOPRO locations across North America
- 10/400 Limited Warranty on critical engine components for customers who keep up with the recommended maintenance schedule
Warranty coverage is provided by NAPA / UAP Inc. under their published terms. Specific exclusions, claim procedures, and conditions apply — full details are available at our shop and on your repair invoice. The warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, neglect, modification, racing, or normal wear and tear.
5. Vehicle Drop-Off & Pick-Up
- You are responsible for removing any valuables from your vehicle before drop-off. Jeftec is not liable for personal items left in the vehicle.
- By dropping off your vehicle, you authorise Jeftec to perform the agreed-upon work and to operate the vehicle on public roads as necessary to diagnose, road-test, and complete the service.
- Vehicles must be picked up within 5 business days of service completion notification. Storage fees of $25 per day may apply for vehicles left longer, at our discretion.
- Vehicles abandoned for more than 30 days after completion notification may, after written notice to you and per the Alberta Garage Keepers' Lien Act, be sold to recover unpaid charges.
6. Payment
- Payment is due in full when the vehicle is picked up
- We accept cash, Interac debit, and major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard)
- Returned cheques or failed card transactions are subject to a $35 processing fee
- Vehicles will not be released until payment is received and cleared
7. Cancellation & Rescheduling
We understand plans change. Please give us at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment so we can offer the slot to another customer. Repeated no-shows may result in a deposit requirement for future bookings.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — text, photos, logos, graphics, and layout — is the property of Jeftec Auto Service Inc. or our licensors (including NAPA / UAP Inc.) and is protected by Canadian and international copyright law. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, republish, or use our content commercially without our prior written consent.
9. Third-Party Links
Our website may contain links to third-party websites (such as Google Maps, NAPA AUTOPRO, social media). We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of those sites. Use them at your own discretion.

For our repair work, our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question, or as covered by the NAPA AUTOPRO Peace of Mind Warranty, whichever is greater. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for negligence causing death or personal injury, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under Canadian law.
12. Privacy
Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Alberta, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or our services shall be brought exclusively before the courts of the Province of Alberta, sitting in or near Calgary, Alberta.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms become effective when posted on this page. Continued use of the website or our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
